Catalog Merchandising Assistant

Ready to LOVE your job?

Bring your eye for detail and love of organization to Becker’s School Supplies, where learning and creativity come together.

We’re looking for a Catalog Merchandising Assistant to support the planning, production, and execution of our print and digital catalogs—used by educators nationwide. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a creative, collaborative marketing team, we want to hear from you!

Becker’s has been in business for 97 years, and we’re still growing! Customers love Becker’s for our dedicated customer service and our educational and fun products. Employees love working at Becker’s. That’s why we have low turnover and don’t often have full-time openings. However, we are still growing, so, to continue our mission of making lives easier for educators and the developing scholars (the kids!) they inspire, we are now ready to hire a professional to assist our Catalog Manager.

This is a salaried position, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday. You will work in our Pennsauken, NJ, office at first and will then work some days in the office and some days remotely from home. We have fair, appreciative, and respectful bosses and friendly co-workers. We offer interesting, challenging, and fast-moving work.

Wear your hoodie.

The Becker Family has been leading our company since our founding. Now, with the 4th generation in management, we continue to demonstrate a sense of belonging, and we believe in coaching our employees, whom we consider family, every step of the way.

We want everyone to grow with us. We let you be yourself and be your best self. We respect you, and we care. Wear what you want and express your individuality. We show we care in other ways too—competitive pay and comprehensive big-company employee benefits. We offer paid vacation days, paid holidays, and paid time off for volunteering for your favorite causes. We even remember to say thank you.

Show me the money.

The starting salary depends on your relevant work experience. You’ll also enjoy benefits and potential bonuses, depending on your efforts and the company’s continued success. We’re not gigantic, but what we have—we share. We even won the “Family Business of the Year” award because of the kind way we treat our employees.
