Becker's Yoga Now! Card Set

Introduce classroom yoga to promote healthy movement, relaxation, and a positive state of mind for you and your students! The set includes 25 yoga cards with child-friendly poses pictured on the front and easy-to-follow steps on the back. Modifications are provided to support children's individual abilities. Children will learn a wide variety of yoga positions that offer unique benefits such as Dragon's Pose for courage and strength; Lunge Pose for power and coordination; Tree Pose for balance, focus and coordination; Ostrich Pose for calming the brain; and many more.
