Do I have to register to place an order? No, you are not required to register in order to shop or browse with us at ShopBecker.com. You may choose to shop and check out as a guest.

How do I find the items I am looking for? Do you have a Becker's catalog handy and are you ready to place an order? Go to our Quick Order feature on our homepage. This will allow you to quickly place items directly into your shopping cart. Or enter any item number from our catalog into the search by keyword or item # field found at the top of our homepage. Not quite sure of the exact item you want? Simply enter a keyword into the search by keyword or item # search field or browse shopBECKER.com by selecting one of the categories.
How will I know if my shopBECKER.com order was successfully placed? Immediately after you place your order, an Order Confirmation page will appear acknowledging that we received your order (thank you!). Please take note of your order number as it will be a useful reference should you have any questions. Also, if you provided an email address, an email confirmation will be delivered to you.
Will I be charged sales tax? We are required to collect sales tax in CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX and VA for merchandise shipped into these states to non-tax exempt organizations. If your organization is tax exempt, please fax or email a copy of your tax exempt certificate, issued by your state, for us to have on file. (Please note this is not the same as a federally issued Tax ID number.) Our Customer Service Representatives are available 8:30am to 5:00pm EST Monday - Friday, just call 800-523-1490 if you require any assistance. What if I forgot my password? If you've forgotten your password, go to the Sign In link (at the very top of the home page) and you can have your password sent to your email address.
How do I make a return? Becker’s makes this a very easy process. Call 800-523-1490 Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, to request a return authorization. Pre-authorization is required to ensure you receive proper credit. Returns must be made within 30 days after delivery. Returns on furniture and equipment may incur restocking charges.
Where can I redeem a Becker's Gift Card? Becker's Gift Cards may be redeemed at through mail order and when ordering through 800-523-1490. Although, at this time we are unable to offer the use of Gift Cards as an online payment option. ShopBecker.com strives to make your shopping experience simple and efficient, we are currently in the process of adding Gift Cards as a payment option for our customers.
What happens if my items are damaged during shipment? We apologize in advance if you received a damaged item. Unfortunately, damage sometimes happens during shipment and it’s out of our control. Please let us know immediately if you receive a product with damage. Becker’s will quickly resolve the matter, as always, working toward your total satisfaction.
How do I know that my credit card information is secure? Becker's realizes your privacy is a top priority! We do not sell or distribute our customer files to third parties. We're confident our secure connections and general policy against sharing your information with any outside parties will keep your information safe and confidential.
Your shopping experience should not only be simple, it should also be confidential. When you place orders or access your account information, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all information you input before it is sent. All on-line transactions are conducted through a secure connection which has been verified and authenticated by Trustwave®. After you've placed items in your cart and you begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a will appear on your screen to notify you of this change. Placement is dependent on which browser you are using to access our site. Click on the for security information anytime during your purchase. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
Becker's is PCI compliant. What is PCI compliance? Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) are network security and business practice guidelines adopted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and JCB to establish a "minimum security standard" to protect a customer's payment card information. It's a requirement for all merchants that store, transmit, or process payment card information.
Do you ship outside the United States? Our site, ShopBecker.com is able to handle orders placed within the United States only. We welcome orders from outside the United States and will handle them personally. Please contact us at 800-523-1490 and we will be happy to assist you.
Does Becker's offer periodic specials or promotions? Yes! If you join our email list, or like us on Facebook, you’ll receive special announcements or promotions from us on occasion. (Please note that we try to be respectful of your inbox, and not overwhelm you with emails. We know how busy you are!) Please note that any special discount promotion we may run (e.g., 18% off) will be discounted off of the REG price, and not the Your Price as shown in our catalogs or on our website. Also, it’s pretty typical that you can’t go backwards and apply the offer or promotion to a previous purchase, and the same applies with us. (Sorry!). Offers can not be combined with any offer, promotion, or discount.
