Becker’s wants to thank you for continuing to count on us for your classroom furnishings and educational supply needs – especially during these challenging times. As you may know, many global supply chain delays and disruptions are happening right now due to unforeseeable raw material demands worldwide. The educational supply industry is not immune to these challenges. In our commitment to be transparent to our customers, we are sharing the most current information on how this may or may not impact your orders.
Becker’s anticipates there may be some delivery delays through the summer and into the fall season. Please be assured we are diligently working to mitigate these occurrences and limit the impact they have on you.
Our team is working extended hours to fulfill orders in a timely manner to meet your needs. In many cases, we can complete entire orders. In other cases, despite our best efforts, we may not be able to secure and deliver everything by the promised date which results in backordered products. At this time, Becker’s will not be implementing a price increase. As you may know, we have all been facing increased costs, and in some cases significantly. The increases include not only raw materials, fuel, and transportation, but labor as well. To date, Becker’s has been able to absorb these increases passed on to us by our suppliers and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
