Use these innovative card sets to jump-start an exercise program. Select from the Yoga Cards that show easy-to-follow postures or the Animal Action Cards that feature gentle, yet invigorating stretches and actions based on animal movements. The card sets are split into three levels: easy, intermediate and challenging. One side of each card shows the movement, the back gives directions and/or extension activities.
