The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is taking on greater responsibility for bringing safer toys to market and communicating more accurate information from seller to consumer. New legislation establishes national standards for toys containing lead and phthalates as well as labeling and marketing requirements. Becker’s will follow the mandates set by the CPSC and keep our customers alerted to changes and updates.

	The product is composed of materials that are recycled, renewable and/or biodegradable.
	The product teaches and promotes ecologically responsible behaviors.
	The company that produces the product commits to domestic production and/or produces the product using environmentally and socially responsible practice, such as alternative energy sources and chemical-free processes and materials.
