Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you are not required to register in order to shop or browse with us at shopBECKER.com. During the checkout process you will have the option CLICK TO SHOP AS A GUEST.
What are the benefits of registering with shopBECKER.com?
When you register with shopBECKER.com an Online Account will be created. Once logged in, you will automatically be recognize. This will not only make your checkout process quick and easy, creating an Online Account will give you access to four key features that we offer:
- Your Account: manage your password and make changes as needed.
- Order Inquiry: view pending and open orders.
- Invoice Inquiry: pull up past orders.
- Saved Carts: name and save one or multiple carts that you can access at a later date. Our Saved Carts feature is very useful for those who may be in a hurry and don’t want to loose any of the items placed in their cart. It is also beneficial in situations where approval of the order needs to be made before the order can be placed.
How do I find the items I am looking for?
Do you have a Becker’s catalog handy and are you ready to place an order? Go to our Quick Order by Item # feature on our homepage. This will allow you to quickly place items directly into your shopping cart. Or enter any item number from our catalog into the Keyword/Item # search filed on our homepage to take a closer look.
Not quite sure of the exact item, simply enter a keyword into the Keyword/Item # search field or browse shopBECKER.com by selecting one of the 8 categories listed on our homepage.
How will I know if my shopBECKER order was successfully placed?
Immediately after you submit an order, a page will appear that says “your order has been submitted for processing”. This page will give you an order number; we suggest that you print out this page for your reference. You will also receive a confirmation email if you have provided us with an email address.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax in PA, NJ, MD & FL for merchandise shipped into these states to non-tax exempt organizations. If tax exempt, you MUST fax or send a copy of your tax exempt certificate, issued by your state, for us to have on file. (Please note this is NOT the same as a federally issued Tax ID number.)

What if I forget my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password simply go to the Member Login area of our homepage, from there you will have the option of retrieving your password by using your password hint, created during registration, or by receiving your password thru the email. To receive your password thru email you must use the address that you entered during time of registration.
How do I make a return?
To return a product, call 1-800-523-1490, Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, to receive authorization. Returns on furniture and equipment may incur restocking charges.
Where can I redeem a Becker’s Gift Card?
Becker's Gift Cards may be redeemed at any of our 10 Retail Locations, through mail order, and when ordering 24/7 through 1-800-523-1490. At this time we are unable to offer the use of Gift Cards as an online payment option. shopBECKER.com strives to make your shopping experience simple and efficient, we are currently in the process of adding Gift Cards as a payment option for our customers.
What happens if my items are damaged during shipment?
Unfortunately, an item may be damaged upon delivery, or we simply made a mistake in processing your order. Let us know ASAP, and we will take care to satisfy all claims.
How do I know that my credit card information is secure?
Becker's School Supplies realizes your privacy is a top priority! We're confident our secure connections and general policy against sharing your information with any and all outside parties will keep your information safe and confidential.

Can I place an order online and ship it outside the United States?
shopBECKER.com is able to handle orders placed within the United States only. For orders outside the United States please call us 24/7 at 1-800-523-1490 and we will be happy to assist you.
