Returns
To return a product, call 1-800-523-1490, Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST, to receive authorization. Returns on furniture and equipment may incur restocking charges.

Damages or Shortages
Unfortunately, an item may be damaged upon delivery, or we simply made a mistake in processing your order. Let us know ASAP, and we will take care to satisfy all claims.

Back Orders
Our 95% fill rate does not allow for many back ordered items. In the event of a back order, your packing slip will indicate if an item is temporarily out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel if the back order is less than $10.00.
